Strength

We have made many progresses in automating the process of Laser scan and 3D model based reverse engineering, especially in developing 3D models according to Laser point cloud, as well as in constructing linkages between objects shown in traditional 2D drawings and that in 3D models and point cloud.

We have developed a software system–INTERIORS–to integrate 2D drawings, 3D models, and point cloud on object basis, to assist engineers effectively review and use these interrelated 2D and 3D information of plant, ship, etc.
